We are particularly interested in the following types of projects: Custom Software & AI-Powered Applications: We are highly interested in building scalable web platforms and intuitive mobile apps infused with Artificial Intelligence. We excel at creating personalized systems that integrate modern technologies to solve complex challenges, optimize processes, and scale operations. Complex Integrations & Intelligent Automation: We actively seek projects that require seamless technological integrations. This includes connecting custom software with ERPs (like SAP), CRMs (like Salesforce), advanced AI tools, and various APIs to automate manual tasks and radically boost your team's efficiency. Operational & Enterprise Platforms: We are eager to develop robust operational hubs and custom backoffice systems. We look for challenges that require real-time data visibility, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access controls, and full auditability for critical business workflows. Advanced E-commerce & Marketplaces: We are interested in complex digital sales platforms that standard solutions cannot handle. This includes multi-branch e-commerce with dynamic stock and pricing , and innovative SaaS or collective purchasing marketplaces. Yes, data privacy and regulatory compliance are core pillars of our engineering process. We design and build all our custom software solutions following strict privacy-by-design principles to ensure alignment with international standards like GDPR. Furthermore, our deep expertise in data privacy is demonstrated through our proprietary SaaS platform, cumpliai.com. Developed by our team, this specialized platform helps organizations fully manage personal data protection compliance. It automates and streamlines critical regulatory requirements, including: Consent Management & ARCO Rights: Seamless handling of user consents and ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition). Records of Processing Activities (ROPA): Comprehensive registries of how data is collected, stored, and processed. Impact & Risk Assessments: Built-in tools for conducting formal Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and security risk evaluations.

Rather than focusing on a strict maximum number of clients, we focus on dedicated capacity and quality. We manage a select portfolio of concurrent projects by assigning dedicated, cross-functional Agile squads to each client. Because we are backed by the DUTech group, we have the technical muscle to scale our teams dynamically based on demand. This approach ensures that every single client receives highly personalized attention, active executive oversight, and the high-quality technical delivery they deserve

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we select and adapt proven methodologies and frameworks to ensure a structured, innovative, and results-oriented strategy tailored to each specific challenge. Our project management ecosystem is built upon the following pillars: Agile & SCRUM Delivery: Our core execution relies on Agile Development and the SCRUM framework. This allows for iterative progress, continuous feedback, complete transparency, and the flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements. Innovation-Driven Problem Solving: Before we build, we seek to understand. We apply Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) and Lean Startup principles (Build, Measure, Learn) to ensure we are creating user-centric solutions that deliver true market value. Strategic Alignment: We define and track project success using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). For complex enterprise engagements, we incorporate premier Digital Transformation frameworks (including MIT, Deloitte, and McKinsey models). World-Class Tooling Ecosystem: We ensure seamless collaboration and visibility with our clients by utilizing industry-leading tools, including Jira for agile task tracking , Slack for fluid communication , Figma for collaborative UX/UI design , and GitHub for secure code versioning

At TW Group, we believe that communication is the foundation of any successful digital transformation. We do not just work for our clients; we act as strategic partners and allies, immersing ourselves in their business. Our communication and reporting framework is designed to give you complete visibility and peace of mind at every stage of the project: Agile Cadence & Complete Visibility: Because our execution is rooted in the SCRUM framework and Agile methodologies, communication is naturally structured. We conduct regular Sprint Plannings, Dailies, and Sprint Reviews to ensure you see continuous, iterative progress. We use Jira to provide full, transparent visibility into the project backlog, sprint status, and issue tracking. Real-Time & Visual Collaboration: For day-to-day interactions and quick resolutions, we integrate seamlessly with your team using direct communication channels like Slack. For UX/UI design feedback and strategic workshops, we utilize collaborative environments like Figma and Miro to ensure everyone is on the same page. Strategic & Data-Driven Reporting: We align our reports with your true business goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, ensuring we measure outcomes, not just output. Furthermore, for complex projects that require data tracking, we leverage Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Looker Studio to build custom executive dashboards. This allows stakeholders to monitor real-time project health and key performance indicators.
