We wanted to create our website on webflow. It was 2 pronged process: redesign and repositioning of content: - Redesign, was done on Figma. We shared references and Tweaks created a unique design inspired by our reference.

Putting in place the perfect style guide. As well page hierarchy and sectional breakdown. - Repositioning, required us to first put a new structure to the website, and ensure all content verticals aligned to our pivot. Through multiple iterations Tweaks and Ashok ensured that it was done to utter perfection.

Still too early to define metrics. But from a qualitative standpoint - the new website was highly appreciated. Phase 1 has gone live and we look forward to working on Phase 2 in near future. Tweaks is helping us improve SEO and be on the top of our game.

We used shared Google Docs, Sheets, Drives As well a thorough email trail For quicker turnarounds we resorted to using Whatsapp, Meet Calls and Phone calls.

The amount of collaborative effort and patience displayed by Tweaks was commendable. They were open to feedback, reworks and delivered the project on time; going as far as to give a grace period to take the project live.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the company needs to move away from the saas pricing model and tailor/customize pricing. Mostly everything else is manageable.

The team missed some details in the design shared by our design team. But when shared, they worked on those and fixed the issues.
