All vehicles can be viewed in our purpose built showroom at our Droitwich manufacturing HQ.

The engagement comprised two primary work streams. First, Turnkey Digital Media designed and developed a bespoke software platform that enabled us to digitally showcase our heavy vehicle and recovery equipment at trade exhibitions, incorporating AI-powered capabilities to deliver a more interactive and engaging product demonstration experience while eliminating the logistical challenges of transporting physical assets. Second, they took ownership of the ongoing maintenance, performance optimization, feature enhancements, and technical support of our existing cloud-based software suite through a two-year managed services agreement.

• Our user retention rate on app platforms is above both, the industry standard and our other interfaces like website portal and kiosks.
• We recently conducted a focus group with our existing digital users to collect data about what they liked and disliked about our payments solutions. Most customers responded that they really like the app design and accessibility.

They utilized sophisticated project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana, which greatly enhanced the organization and transparency of the project. Jira was instrumental in tracking progress and managing tasks, Confluence facilitated effective documentation and communication, while Asana helped in coordinating team efforts and deadlines.
The team demonstrated a strong commitment to timely delivery and maintained clear communication about progress and any potential adjustments. Deliverables were consistently provided on time along with supporting release notes to help us understand what to review and look for.
