Turing Quantitative used three essential elements to create a very successful AI platform.  They created intelligent patient summaries for clinicians that emphasized important patterns like medication non-adherence or a deterioration in kidney function.  Additionally, the system produced clinical notes that were customized to each provider's recording style, improving workflow efficiency and personalization.

 They produced understandable, graphic health explanations for patients that simplified difficult medical jargon.  The culturally sensitive message, such as explaining A1C readings to Latino patients using familiar culinary analogies, was a noteworthy aspect.  Technically speaking, the platform's smooth EHR connection via FHIR APIs, thorough bias testing, and a "explainability dashboard" that demonstrated the AI's decision-making process won accolades from medical personnel for fostering openness and confidence.

Turing Quantitative took the time to really get under the skin of our technical constraints and long term vision. They designed and built a modular AI development framework that allowed for rapid experimentation, seamless model integration and robust performance monitoring. The scope of the work included building a scalable microservices based backend for model orchestration, support for containerised deployment with Kubernetes, real-time data pipelines with Apache Kafka and a dashboard for model metrics and tuning suggestions.

They also customised pre-trained models for NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition and contextual summarisation and tested and validated the models in production environments. What impressed us was that they didn’t just deliver development but also strategic guidance on how to future proof our architecture for ongoing evolution.

The scope included building a custom GPT-based AI assistant trained on financial data in the hospitality sector. They automated the categorisation and summarisation of transaction data, developed AI-powered responses to frequently asked client questions and created dynamic, context-aware end of month financial reports. These were then integrated into our existing bookkeeping and payroll software without disrupting the system. A part of the project was to fine tune the AI tone to match our clients’ informal yet professional communication style – making financial data more accessible and actionable.
