Tupelo delivered a comprehensive suite of services to support and optimize our AWS-hosted product. They automated infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ensuring scalability and consistency across environments. By setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, they enabled fast, reliable code deployment and minimized manual intervention, which streamlined our release process.

They implemented robust monitoring and alerting systems to keep a close watch on application performance and server health, enabling proactive responses to potential issues. Security was a top priority, with strict AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, secure network configurations, and data encryption practices to protect sensitive information.

For resilience, they configured automated backups and a disaster recovery plan, ensuring that data could be quickly restored and services could be maintained in case of any interruptions. Cost optimization was another critical aspect, where they analyzed and adjusted resource usage, helping us achieve efficiency without compromising performance.

As we gained traction and investment, Tupelo provisioned a full-time team of great software engineers who built our amazing Peppy mobile app and website.
