English may not be their spoken language however there are members of the team that can speak very well so it never obstructed any messages we needed to get across. I had the opportunity (but also the pleasure) to work with Nemanja and Tunel Studio in their very beginnings – I needed an e-commerce shop built and I needed it to breathe luxury as luxury items were sold. Summary of what they did:

Communication and responsiveness definitely demonstrated progress but what demonstrated the success of the project was their delivery which was on a much higher level than I expected.

Our project management was simple as I prefer to keep things lean. We formed 5 step process:

Create the theme of the shop
Create the content for the shop

Final product delivery

They didn't just deliver on time, they delivered even 9 days before the deadline! They welcomed every single thing or idea I said by creating a visual representation to ensure we were on the same page. As I've said, communication and investment were something I hadn't seen before while working with agencies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing for me was their creativity. From abstract to modern designs, they absolutely mastered the craft. They always have multiple ideas on how to create something and they constantly test and communicate – not just among them, but with the client (in this case me) too. That's the impressive part.

What's actually most unique is once they get a good grasp on how things should look, their speed of execution while maintaining the quality is simply mind-boggling. They are so fast, and not just with creating and building stuff but also with implementing the feedback and changes that are needed along the way. I NEVER saw any agency come even close when it comes to delivery speed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tunel Studio could have done differently?

Since I'm not familiar with design software I found it complicated to provide feedback and find my way around on Figma links they sent me. I hope they'll develop a feedback system in the future that will be more user-friendly to non-technical clients to provide feedback and elaborate on their needs. That was the only thing that could be improved, but for the rest, they are on point, and we keep on working with them.
