What impressed me most about this company was their strong eCommerce experience and proactive approach. They regularly offered helpful ideas, communicated clearly and directly, and kept everything open and transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tulipan Software could have done differently?

Within the project, there was nothing to improve – everything went smoothly. However, their deep knowledge of Shopify might limit them from offering services on other eCommerce platforms.

We sought to launch its product line internationally, targeting The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France and Italy. This expansion required a robust, multi-channel approach that could adapt to each market’s unique legal, tax and consumer requirements.

Additionally, we needed a high-quality, user-friendly Shopify-based webshop that would drive brand awareness and align with local regulations and customer expectations.

Although their Shopify expertise and experience are outstanding, a potential area for growth could be to extend that knowledge to other eCommerce platforms. This would enhance their versatility and allow them to bring their high standards of quality and strategic insight to a broader range of projects.
