I believe that Truth Tree did an initial whole-site SEO project in 2021 and now provides monthly SEO reviews and recommendations. They currently manage our digital advertising, including writing copy, for Google Search, Google Display and Facebook. They provide a monthly meeting and a monthly metrics report. They are available to provide additional data and guidance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a very significant initial increase in web traffic, inquiries and open house attendance when Truth Tree began placing digital ads and optimizing our site, though this did not translate into higher enrollment at that time. Revised ad copy over time has allowed for a lower overall number but better qualified leads who are more likely to enroll. Monthly reports indicate that ads continue to outperform industry average.

Regularly scheduled meetings and reports take place on time. Additional requests are often turned around quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Truth Tree could have done differently?

We would love to receive more insights into why our ads and SEO work, and how to interpret the data in a way that's directly relevant to our own goals. Our team would benefit from clear explanations and visuals that are layman/user-focused (I.e. told from our own perspective rather than the perspective of SEO experts). The ads and SEO appear to be performing well, but we would love to have a better understanding of why certain words are recommended. Sometimes terms or keywords may "perform well" according to the data, but may not quite align with our brand voice. We would benefit from guidance on how to increase that alignment and attract more right-fit traffic (vs. just more traffic) without harming performance.
