I’m in charge of marketing projects at NutriScience Innovations. We manufacture and distribute branded ingredients in the natural health marketplace.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with TruScribe?

We needed to promote our products to potential customers within the B2B market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TruScribe provided a whiteboard video for us. The artist did all of the work by hand according to the specifications we provided. We work in a highly regulated industry, so there are certain things we can’t say. Our team provided the script, and TruScribe did the visuals to go along with it. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people including Will (Former Project Planner) who was my main contact. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$8,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in February 2019. However, they were hired in December 2018, before I started at NutriScience. We finished the project by the end of March 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten great feedback from customers. Several customers have asked to use the video on their own websites or at trade shows. 

How did TruScribe perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is one of their strong suits. They were able to explain everything to me. Will always got back to me quickly and was very organized. The process was streamlined and easy to follow. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication was great. They can explain things clearly without being condescending. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I just wish they offered more services so I could use them more often.
