They help with web advertising, and design brochures, invitations, marketing campaigns, and logos.

Another company of mine is an Airbnb. I have six units and they take photos for me and post them on the Airbnb sites. They set up a system for me to relay information to my guests. They put it on my computer and phone so I can easily answer guests that come to my Airbnb.

They do all the preparation, deal with campaigns for my Airbnb, and find the correct clients for my other companies, which makes my life much easier.

Hirbod is fantastic. He’s enthusiastic and very smart. If I give him a general idea, he figures things out and goes beyond what I ask him. He makes my work much easier. I don’t need to explain details. I just give him direction and he flies with it, making everything better than I expected. We communicate typically through email, text and phone calls.

Not that I can think of.

Unhappy with our previous providers, we wanted to work with a new company for our web and graphic design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The initial phase of our engagement with TRIXMEDIA was collaborative. They’d consider ideas I wanted to be implemented into the designs and send back various options. They designed a number of websites for us, including the content and layouts. They designed our logos, flyers, brochures, and business cards.

Market research guided each process and they delivered the webpage design in two weeks. We go to them for any marketing-related project. They continually monitor our websites to make sure they never go down and the code is up to date.

I’ve worked with 3–4 members on their team, however, I mainly interacted with the owner.

How did you come to work with TRIXMEDIA?

I found them by searching online and noticed they had good Yelp reviews. I interviewed a few different companies, but I liked their owner. He was personable and knowledgeable. Additionally, his website was well-designed, so that was a clear indication of quality.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $30,000–$50,000 over the course of the engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2016 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website is primarily for information purposes, but we’ve received a lot of good feedback on it. The brochures and business cards have also been well received. Overall, they’ve done a great job.

How did TRIXMEDIA perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on top of things. We mainly communicate through email as that’s my preference, but they’re service-oriented and will jump on a conference call if necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re great at communication and giving design advice while also being cognizant of our concerns. They’re undoubtedly creative and capable of getting things done fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re patient with me so I can’t complain. They often remind me when deadlines are coming up.

They know what’s working and what’s not with marketing trends. If you want to be successful, really listen to what they have to say and take it into consideration.

I’ve been in touch with 3 or 4 people from their side, including Hirbod Human [CEO and Founder], but I don’t know how many have worked on my site in total.

How did you come to work with TRIXMEDIA?

The company’s owner is a good friend of my family. I had worked with them around 2003 or 2004, when they had a different name. In 2013, I needed to build another website and so contacted them.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of their work has been around $35,000. I pay them a monthly fee of around $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in March 2003. This new website was built in 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have been working with them for a long time, and they always deliver. I am satisfied; I’ve never had an issue with my customers and the website. Everyone who’s seen it found it easy to use and fast.

They were available whenever I needed them, and gave me all the information I required via email. I sometimes talk to Hirbod on the phone, since he can speak with me in Farsi. He has also met me face-to-face. They are communicative and the overall management is very good.

I needed a website developed that could rank highly on search engines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’m not a computer literate person, so the engagement began with me asking them for ideas on how the website should look. They conducted market research and presented me with a few ideas. To help me decide on a general approach, they showed me other lawyer’s websites of varying degrees of success. Ultimately, they designed the website to match my personality and communicate the client experience I offer.

TRIXMEDIA provided SEO work to improve the site’s ability to show up on the first page of Google searches. To further enhance my online presence, they created a Facebook page for my firm and suggested I post more social media content. To that end, they followed up on an old case I’d done voluntarily and got permission to do a press release. They put the case on my website as a form marketing.

I know the Owner personally, so I primarily communicate with him. There’s another developer I usually reach out to for technical support.

I happened to move my firm to the same building as TRIXMEDIA. Eventually, I met their owner on the balcony of the building, and we started talking.

I’ve spent roughly $20,000.

They started developing my site in December 2014. They continually provide SEO services, so the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have statistics to share because I’m a one-man practice. However, it’s worth noting that I’ve moved locations several times over a 25-year career and lost touch with many clients as a result. The website TRIXMEDIA developed allowed a lot of those valued clients to find me again. They did a fabulous job; I’m getting so many clients that I can pick the ones right for me. I don’t have to take every case offered just to pay the rent.

How did TRIXMEDIA Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was great. I didn’t have to follow up or explain things too much because they would reach out to me first. Whenever I have a technical issue, they’d usually resolve it within a day or so. We mostly communicated via email and their always cordial.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They show extra initiative when suggesting updates to the site or new social media content. They find articles about new things happening in law and give them to me to read. If it’s good content, they put the articles on social media for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. They could always be less expensive, but that’s not a fair criticism considering the quality of work they do.
