He made it happen and connect the website orders to our operational software in the food truck, all together with stock control so when one item runs off stock it will make it unavailable to choose from the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with Trivon Systems on the Belsmokehouse project was a turning point for our business.

We initially brought him in after a previous developer left the project in a completely unstable state. There were unresolved bugs, broken workflows and no clear structrure in the system. What stood out immediately was his ability to step in, understand the chaos quickly and take full ownership.

He didn't just fix issues, he rebuilt the foundation

They resolved all oustanding bugs, completely rebuilt our admin panel and redesigned the entire website to be more functional and aligned with our brand. One of the most impactul improvements was the seamless integration with Square. Now, all website orders flow directly into our Square POS and Kitchen Display Systems which significantly improved our operations and reduced manual work.

Beyond that, they developed a full inventory and raw materials management system along with a recipe module which gave us much better control over stock and cost tracking, something we didn't have before at all.

They also went above and beyond by creating banners, posters and menus, helping us mantain a consistent and professional brand presence both online and offline.

What makes them different is their ability to think like a business owner, not just a developer. They understand operations, scalability and user experience deeply and that reflects in everything they build.
