We hired Trisec Consulting Limited to help us integrate different applications for the best performance of our e-commerce website.

We searched online for web developers, and shortlisted Trisec. They were fast, reliable and went a step further to fulfil our requirements, providing the best advice at the time to improve our performance.

Programming new features in the back end of the website using PHP, Javascript, and more. Implementation of different stages in the customer journey displaying our products correctly, with bespoke features and making the experience more pleasant for our customers.

Tristan was our main point of contact, and has always been reliable, professional and very knowledgeable.

We have great experience working with Trisec Consulting Limited in general. We've recommended it to other friends with businesses.

We've been able to reach them by phone, and by email. We also had a bespoke project management portal to clock the list of jobs required. Really organised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication.

They are pretty awesome.

I have had some clients and I needed to find a new agency of devs to help me out.

I found him from word of mouth.

I needed help with a full stack flutter & Typescript developer. We started off doing smaller fixes, like changing a journal feature and adding a delete function. As we worked longer together we started doing more work ranging from database (mySQL) related stuff to even e com sites.

I worked with 2 full-stack developers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I went from hiring and firing over 4 different devs before I found Trisec Consultants. Right after the kick-off meeting they were available to start and were able to fix the first issue in 2 days after a week stand still while I was searching. They also giving me feedback with another ecom site to use a plug in for search which increased conversion by 15%!

We used Slack and their custom CRM to manage project. They used Agile methodology and we had sprints and regular scrums. There were more ups than downs but in the end, I was satisfied with the service. They met every deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team approaches each project like it is their own, they will make a lot of recommendations on how to improve your project, and actually 24/7 report

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In any company, there is always room for improvement and with Trisec I'd like them to add more services to help us in other Tech Stacks as well such as Blockchain Development.
