The journey with Triagons was very smooth, proffessional and pleasant from kick-off until delivery as well as on the post-launch support.

Their ability to quickly and easily understand the complex functionalities and use cases of the platform  made the project planning and requirements gathering phase very smooth and efficient.

Having a communication messaging channel, a daily updates meeting, weekly goals and a dedicated, open-minded & friendly team, ensured the progress of the project and meeting the timeline at every stage. This created a joyfull work relationship.

Although the project process was smooth, Triagons were always looking for improvment where they established a feedback meeting at the end of every cycle to gather input and improve the process more and more.

If there is an area that can still be improved, it's the testing depth and extensivness.

I’m the CEO of a company that builds marketing tools for artists, creators, and organizations. I also spearhead our application development efforts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seistreinta?

We wanted to speed up and scale our workflow by adding development firepower to our team. Seistreinta came on board as an extension of our development team to build our application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project is a suite of different tools used by artists and their teams to streamline and automate their marketing. Seistreinta’s team helped us build out a whole new set of features, which required redesigning several existing features.

Our solution is a data-connection-heavy platform that primarily uses third-party data from other platforms. The platform is built on React and Tailwind on the frontend and Express on the backend. Alongside those technologies, there are a lot of different API connections.

An artist or team logs into our application and connects their Spotify profile. From there, they’re able to perform different functions like running automated Instagram or Facebook ads, tracking their data across different platforms, and adding a link to their bio.

What is the team composition?

We work with around five people, including Paul (CEO), 2–3 designers, a project manager, and a designer.

How did you come to work with Seistreinta?

A third-party development firm that we’d worked with in the past referred me to them.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost is around $20,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our user growth has almost doubled since we started working with Seistreinta. This speaks to their ability to ship new features and fix bugs quickly. Seistreinta is the best development firm I’ve worked with, and I’ve worked with quite a few.

How did Seistreinta perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication is very good thanks to some strong processes that have come into play across the team regarding shipping on time and shifting priorities around. They’re very flexible.

We have a discord set up for asynchronous communication, and Seistreinta also uses a Notion project management setup. Each module is broken down into different features, and they’ve also integrated Figma for the design workflow, which allows us to leave comments. It’s all very streamlined. We have easy access to everything, and they’re quick to respond to feedback.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

The biggest difference between Seistreinta and their competitors is that they understand more than just writing code. They understand design and product development as well. Additionally, they don’t just follow directions; they make sure to code something that actually works. In terms of understanding, they’re also knowledgeable of go-to-market plans and the project lifecycle.

They’re also the most streamlined firm I’ve worked with, as well as one of the most design-heavy firms. A lot of development firms focus purely on development, but the people at Seistreinta have strong design sensibilities as well.

I’ve really enjoyed our entire process of working with them. They’re fully invested in this project and in helping me build our future. They’re a natural extension of our team, as opposed to a third-party firm.   

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s no way they can improve on my experience so far. I’ve dealt with different outsourced firms in the past from the development side, and this is the smoothest, most productive process I’ve been involved with in a long time.

We were having a hard time hiring and sourcing software development professionals, so we went offshore for more cost-effective solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seistreinta is our primary software development partner, and they’ve been working with us on building a healthcare app. It’s for Android devices, so they’re utilizing the React Native framework for the frontend, while using JavaScript, Python, and Django for the backend.

We’re mainly working with a product manager and product director.

So far, we’ve spent about $10,000 CAD (approximately $7,700 USD).

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2022.

I don’t really have any metrics to share at the moment, but they’ve been doing a great job of communicating and developing the product.

How did Seistreinta perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective. They use JIRA as their primary management tool and Slack for direct communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team goes above and beyond and makes sure to adjust for the service that we need. They’re also very transparent and their executive team is very aware and involved in the entire process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As a small company, they sometimes don’t have the resources needed for the project but outside of that, they’ve been a consistently great partner.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise you to make sure you understand the technology stack to what you need and that you have all the information available, for a smoother onboarding process.

I am an assistant director at a financial services company called Inplace.

What challenges were you trying to address with Seistreinta?

They provided a custom software that has CRM functionalities, allowing us to manage our client’s information and automatically create contracts and follow up on payments. It also has expenses control tools, HR management, and report creation tools, among others. The system is cloud-based, but we are planning on transferring it to our own servers.

Seistreinta created the system and also provided training for us. They continuously work on new modules and updates.

We work with several people from their team, including the general manager, a project manager, a designer, and about 4–5 developers.

Our company’s manager knew them beforehand, but we also approached different companies. We chose Seistreinta because they seemed like the best fit for our needs; their technologies, services, and flexibility were exactly what we were looking for.

We started working with them in November 2020, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system has allowed us to make our processes more efficient. We managed printed documents and files, but now everyone can access all of them through the system, saving us more time. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work, and they’ve exceeded our expectations.

In terms of project management, they’re great — they always meet deadlines. There’ve been some delays, but that’s from our side. We communicate mainly via email and WhatsApp.

They’re great at putting our ideas into action, and they always find ways to improve and integrate them into the development process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The system’s filtering functionality can be more user-friendly, and we also want to have shorter processes in implementing changes and updates.

I'm the software delivery manager of RedPacifico. Our company provides a digital solution for gas stations in Mexico for oil distribution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seistreinta?

We wanted to redevelop our platform completely, so we needed a new UX for our customers, and that’s what we went to Seistreinta for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seistreinta is doing UI/UX design using Microsoft’s Fluent Design System. The first step was an interview during which I explained the problem to them. They gave us a design proposal two weeks later and worked on product design and categories from there.

We’ve also worked on a project with them developing a WhatsApp bot. I had this necessity and asked them about it. They knew the technology, and they did it very well.

Currently, we're at the product's testing phase.

The product isn’t finished yet, but we’ve had a few reviews with the customers and users, and the feedback we’ve received has been very positive for us — they're impressed by the new system's design.

How did Seistreinta perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re using a scrum-based framework with weekly deliverables. We also have review meetings on Fridays, during which Seistreinta explains the work they’ve done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attitude is outstanding; we have very demanding clients in the gasoline business, and Seistreinta can adapt to their demands. Also, everyone involved in the project is available within five minutes, which is valuable to me — they’re dedicated and responsible people.

We’ve almost finished our second project with them, and I don’t have anything negative to report.

We engaged Triagons to assist in finalizing the MVP concept for our application. They delivered a clickable prototype that not only facilitated feedback from event promoters but also aided in our fundraising efforts. Once app development commenced, we had weekly meetings to ensure our team was updated. Their primary task was to create an MVP for both Android and iOS platforms, enabling users to find events. This was achieved within the estimated three months, and the apps are now available on the App Store and Play Store. Additionally, they efficiently developed a marketing website for our company. Overall, I was fortunate to work with a team that was not only skilled but also passionate. Collaborating with the Triagons team was exceptionally smooth.

The measurable outcomes were pretty much straightforward. We set goals for features to be built within specfic timeperiods and costs. They were spot on with their estimates most times along with of course the features working as planned.

Their project management is to be admired and they set a high standard throughout. Firstly, communication is key and they made communicating super easy via slack. Our weekly calls ensure I'm always updated on the project. Delivery has never been an issue with the team. We usuall know early on if deadlines has to be adjusted which I apprieciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm super impressed by two things. Firstly, they're very proactive. They don't just sit back and go with the flow. They put deep thought into not only the technical side of things but also the product and design and it has led to great conversations and insight that has helped the overal product evolve. Secondly, they are great people. One thing about working with remote teams is you're never quite sure who you'll meet. I was super lucky to meet a great team, and we had many great conversations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Triagons could have done differently?

Triagons' UI designers are really good so sometimes it's easy for really good designs to be kept as an experiement if it doesn't make the final cut. I tend to go through their experiement file in figma to see what designs don't make the final cut so I think they can present more options when intially showing feature designs
