I’m the Executive of Relationship Center of South Florida, a psychotherapy practice specializing in couples relationship counseling, men’s and women’s issues, and treatment for addictions, anxiety, and depression.

We needed help with a website overhaul, marketing strategy, executive support, and business guidance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TRCH is responsible for all of our inbound demand generation, email marketing, client communications, operations, and automations, including our intake forms and confidential information handling. The team also handles our client communications, onboarding email marketing segmentation, website look and feel, and blog publication and amplification.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our ad spend is reported on monthly, as well as the number of inbound consultation requests and SEO/GEO performance. Inbound consultations have increased by 10% year-over-year consistently, while marketing costs have remained the same. Moreover, SEO optimization now accounts for 85% of our traffic when it used to be 50%. All other marketing metrics have improved as well.

How did TRCH perform from a project management standpoint?

TRCH always underpromises and overdelivers. We mainly communicate in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They see around corners. TRCH has shown us issues and opportunities we didn’t even know existed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing we would’ve changed is giving TRCH more access earlier. Once they were fully looped in, the work moved faster, and the outcomes were stronger. If anything, we should’ve brought them into a few conversations sooner to avoid some internal back-and-forth on our side.

TRCH has increased our e-commerce business by 20% year-over-year. We’ve also seen a 300% improvement in our subscription signups. In addition, we’ve achieved page 1 SEO visibility for over 10 keywords in less than 12 months.
