Regarding project management, Transcend Translation and specifically did a wonderful job; she provided weekly updates she was also very responsive and prompt in responding to inquiries and any questions problems. and they have consistently stayed within the budget and quote they provided; there have never been any last-minute changes to the schedule and game plan we established during our kickoff call.

Their customer service was one of the best I’ve ever had with any company. After discussing what we wanted to translate and our budget, they put together an awesome plan. I’m new to translation and localization, but they held my hand and walked me through everything. They provided different options and pros and cons for each, allowing me to ultimately decide. 
Then, they executed exactly as planned and described to me. Apart from that, I valued their flexibility in adapting their work and procedures to meet our needs. We had some odd and tricky things, but they made it seem so simple, which I loved.

Every time I need to translate an English document into Spanish, I
use their translation services. There aren't many people who can
translate into Dutch. They can translate more readily because of
their familiarity with accounting and legal lingo, which spares me
the burden of proofreading their work.

services punctually and with well-crafted language that was not
produced by amateurs. I go over the task as a whole, and rarely had
any edits because of the Translation Style Guide they helped me build
to ensure the best translation. The Transcend Translation Company's
translations maintained the exact meanings we were looking for.

The effectiveness of Transcend Translation is noteworthy;
they handle a large volume of files rapidly. They were always able to
find enough translators and finish tasks on time because of their
sizable team. If there was a tight deadline, they inquired if I would
like to divide the work among different translators. Everything was
fairly obvious.

To begin, we selected a few voice actors from the internet and sent them the specifics of our project so they could estimate costs and availability. Transcend Translation promptly provided these details, and after our customer selected their favorite voice actor, we supplied the script and had it recorded. For more videos, we went back to use the same artist.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the current live video has received 73k views on YouTube, we went back to Transcend Translation and used the same voice actor for more videos that are still in the final stages of development.

They are simple to contact and have a conversation with. Even though we had to submit a revised script at the last minute, there was no issue.

We were translating our training to Spanish to be used in several areas around the United States. Our goals were to broaden our offering for users within organizations that speak Spanish as the main language.

The translation was done for nine Storyline courses. We provided the files via Google Drive. They were translated and the scripts were sent to us. We used an onsite voice-over artist to record the information and sent the files back via Google Drive. Transcend translated the slides and added the audio.

The cost was given for the total translation and engineering/syncing of nine files.

This project helped us to reach more employees of organizations that we currently work through as well as the ability to add new companies that were looking for full Spanish courses.

Transcend was terrific to work with on this project. Transcend was very organized and kept to the timeline given up-front. In addition, Cyle was superb at communicating with us during the process.

We had a few minor items missed for translation, but they were small areas and did not change any timelines.

translated, Lokesh followed up to ask for my feedback on the quality of the work to make sure it met our target audience. Oh yeah, they also helped us create a translation style guide which really helped.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the translations, and there will be more elearning translation projects in the future that we will want them to do.
