Our General Manager and Founder Mr. Marcelo Taipe Montenegro, with a vocation as a truck driver, ventured into the world of cargo transportation in 1981, carrying out transportation for the TEXACO and CEPE Oil Companies and Companies, which operated in those years in the Northeast Ecuadorian.
Advancing in time, by 1984 he became a Partner-Shareholder of a renowned transportation company, where, as President, he contributed with his contingent for the advancement of said Company.
In 1990, as a natural person, he created the Trans Met heavy transport company and in 2005 he founded the Trans Metsa Cía. Ltda.
