I’m the founder of Blue Chip Clicks, a digital marketing company that helps small to medium-sized enterprises grow their digital presence.

We partnered with Traffic Rain for their content writing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve been working with Traffic Rain to develop content for the 15 websites we’re handling. Most of these sites are from the manufacturing, production, and digital distribution industries.

What is the team composition?

I’m mostly in touch with one person who’s helping me out. However, I’m not sure how many people are involved in the backend.

How did you come to work with Traffic Rain?

One of my friends recommended Traffic Rain to me. I got into a call with them and interacted with my main point of contact — after that, we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them around January 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Regarding work satisfaction, they’re really good at writing content and it helps us achieve good results.

How did Traffic Rain perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform professionally. They’re very communicative and timely in delivering the projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would say the way they follow up and follow requirements is good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve the diversification of the content.

I would say to work with them, because they’re a fabulous company.
