Being a General Manager at Amazing LLC includes managing all of our stores at various platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and so on.

For what projects/services did your company hire Optimystica?

We're always working on new projects that could make us a lot of money. For one of our latest projects it turned out that none of our marketing campaigns had worked, except Google Ads. That's when we decided we needed to hire someone who could do the SEO, so that we could bring more traffic to our website.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to rank well for some very competitive keywords in our niche, so that we could start making some money off the new project.

How did you select this vendor?

A close friend recommended them as a solid firm with an extensive background (13 years) in SEO.

Describe the project in detail.

The good thing with us was that we were just starting out and all of the technical issues that are usually missed, we got fixed. We wanted everything to happen overnight and the staff at Optimystica told us from the beginning that it wouldn't happen. We saw results after 10 months of hard work. Which was pretty fast for our niche. And in the beginning we wanted to start working immediately on the very comptetitive keywords first, but Optimystica recommended that we start with the easy and not so searched ones first. That way we had sales only after 2-3 months and our traffic was going up.

What was the team composition?

There was one project manager with whom we've talked. Also, we've talked with a technical person who helped us with the technical analysis and problems in the beginning. Then, a copywriter who wrote the content for those keywords.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, we've started ranking well for most of the keywords we wanted in the first 10 months. We didn't achieve to rank all of them in that period, but they were very competitive, after all.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was going smoothly and we didn't have any problems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very knowledgable. Those guys know their stuff!
