My goal in hiring Trademark Dynasty was straightforward: I intended to have them properly prepare and file my trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I relied on their representations that they would handle the application in a legitimate, compliant, and professional manner—using qualified personnel, following USPTO requirements, and ensuring that my filing accurately reflected my ownership and contact information. My expectation was that they would manage the filing process correctly from start to finish, provide accurate information about the status of my application, and protect my rights as the trademark owner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Trademark Dynasty filed my USPTO application incorrectly by omitting my required owner email and substituting a non-attorney third party—an error that jeopardizes the validity of the filing. They then attempted to scam me by presenting a forged USPTO “objection” document and demanding additional payment to resolve it.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Trademark Dynasty demonstrated poor project management. They did not deliver the core service accurately, and they repeatedly failed to provide clear or truthful updates about my application. Instead of responding to my needs, they withheld access to my USPTO filing, ignored my requests for basic information, and substituted incorrect contact details without my authorization. Their communication was inconsistent, evasive, and ultimately misleading—culminating in their presentation of a fabricated USPTO objection.

They then harassed me by text message to pressure me into paying thousands of dollars to address this fake objection. They also sent additional fraudulent messages promising a refund that never came, including a fabricated credit‐card refund receipt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Absolutely nothing impressive.  They did not acknowledge the scam they tried to pull on me. Them were evasive saying they would returns my calls and rarely did. If they did they made false promises.  Their phone numbers never have the voicemail set up, so you can't leave a message.  Sending the fraudulent objection and fake credit receipt are criminal activities 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trademark Dynasty could have done differently?

They need to be out of business so they don't cause more harm to others
