The programmer developed a complete system that allows the online administration of the enrollments to the different activities of the sports centers. This system offers people the possibility of registering for the available activities. 

Thanks to this implementation, the registration process has been automated and streamlined, allowing users to access information about the available activities, select the ones they want, and complete the registration quickly and easily through an online platform. 

In addition, the system provides accurate tracking and registration of registrations, which facilitates the management of capacity and the organization of activities by those responsible for sports centers. The company's work has allowed the creation of a comprehensive system that significantly optimizes and improves the registration process for sports activities, providing users with a more efficient and comfortable experience.

The engagement’s results have been amazing. TOTS’ service and follow-up are good. They’re great at accompanying their clients. Meanwhile, we haven’t launched the platform yet, but it looks good. We’ve shown it to some of our clients, and they truly like it. 

How did TOTS perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has been delivered on time. We communicate using different platforms. For our day-to-day communications, we use Slack. For more detailed and formal conversations, we use emails and Google Documents. We use ClickUp for reviews and have calls every two weeks for updates.

TOTS is good at everything. I work at a technology company and have 15 engineers. I can clearly see the difference between TOTS and our most senior developer. They’re great at technical things, and they understand our business model. The team optimizes everything, so it matches our model.

The team successfully delivered a fully functional MVP that laid the foundation for a user-friendly, scalable classifieds platform. The MVP demonstrates a video classifieds app by introducing a seamless experience for users, both sellers and buyers and a feed-driven explore page with countless video ads. With a focus on simplicity, reliability, and user experience, the platform is fast, reliable, and ready to scale, both in terms of users and functionality.

The team consistently met deadlines and addressed every requirement with thorough documentation and quick, efficient action. Whenever questions arose, they were prompt to provide clear answers and valuable insights, even though the niche industry wasn’t initially their area of expertise. They quickly adapted, demonstrating the ability to think like industry professionals. The project team lead became deeply integrated into our project, and we greatly benefited from the team's culture, responsiveness, and keen attention to detail.

What I found most impressive about the team was their culture—they were genuinely "human" in their approach. The work was divided into 8 milestones. The deliverables included technical documentation, user manual, source code, and a current status of planned tasks versus completed tasks for both the admin panel and the website. 

1. Milestone 1 included Auth, Home, Footer, Header. 
2. Milestone 2 included the ability to publish a product with its details on the page, infrastructure work, approval of seller accounts. The home page included adverts and banners, so the administration of these was also developed in this milestone in the admin panel. 
3. Milestone 3 included the creation of accounts and profiles. The website has a news section, and the administration panel for this section was built in this milestone. 
4. Milestone 4 focused on the product listing, filters, searches, and finalizing the token refresh in the authentication module. The sales panels for seller users were also started. 
5. Milestone 5 continued working on the sales panels for seller users. Work also began on the shopping cart and the news section on the website. 
6. Milestone 6 completed the "My Purchases" section with purchase details, questions from seller users, product ratings, favorites, etc. 
7. Milestone 7 created the platform's dashboard with all its metrics and developed the legal sections such as privacy policies, terms and conditions, and FAQs. All website notifications and emails were also implemented. 
8. Milestone 8 focused on the logistics part, including integrations with Google Maps, QR code scanning, delivery lists, label generation, and a module for drivers to view the status of orders.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes are the tasks that were planned and completed on time, and whenever there were delays, they informed me and made up for it in the next sprint. All the documentation was delivered to me on time, from the technical documentation to the source code. The functionalities that were mentioned as functional were indeed working when I was notified, and they were always available for a call to give me demos. The performance of the website is excellent.

We are just launching the platform, so far with good performance, the integrations are running well, the support has worked very well, the requested adjustments and the flexibility have helped us a lot, just by adjusting the joint schedule.
