• Maintain high availability and security for Buurst's SoftNAS storage SaaS across AWS, Azure, and OCI, and keep the cloud marketplace listings (images/publishing) current and reliable.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and support the SoftNAS cloud marketplace presence (AWS/Azure/OCI listings).
• Run day-to-day IT operations — monitoring, VMware, networking/VPN, M365/Exchange, DNS/DHCP — with minimal disruption to production.

ToTheNOC's work helped us reduce downtime by 70% and gave us peace of mind. The team also provided flexibility in their hours and the ability to work longer hours for certain projects. Moreover, they were able to respond within a short time, which lightened the load for our internal team.
