We started working with Katie from Topo Growth over 5 years ago. They are an ongoing extension of our team and handle all our marketing. Deliverables include:

• Website Design: Overhauled our old website, putting in a new structure and design. Our website gets many compliments from clients for being easy to navigate and understand.
• Re-Brand: Strategized and redesigned our 30-year-old logo. This was a much-needed change – now our logo is more modern and better reflects the community and audience we serve.
• Email Marketing: Katie manages all of our email campaigns, newsletters, etc. We always see an uptick in sales when emails are sent out.
• Social Media: Topo Growth creates fun posts and videos that showcase our classes and programs.
• Lead Gen: Katie manages our lead gen programs, converting leads into new customers.
• Digital Ads: Topo Growth manages our ad campaigns on Faceobok, Instagram and Google.
• Financial Operations: Katie helps with basic financials for the gym, and has developed bonus incentive programs for our gym's directors as profit incentives. She also manages expenses for our team program.
• Marketing Strategies: Topo Growth is always coming up with new strategies to grow our customer base

We are very satisifed with Katie at Topo Growth and will continue working with them for the foreseeable future.

• Increase in revenue year-over-year while maintaining target margins
• Increase in brand sentiment – since the rebrand, we see more students requesting and wearing our merch, and parents complimenting our communications (email, social, website)

• Increase in staff sentiment, due to organized communication and bonus programs
• Increase in new customers (classes & camp)

We work with Katie on a retainer basis. She is always available via text or phone call, and delivers all requests in a timely manner.

we don't feel lost in a sea of clients. Even though we are a pretty small fish, they give us the attention that we need. The principles of the company both come from some of the biggest companies in the world. They are absolutely experts in their field.

I have lots of opportunities to give them constructive criticism and I have none to give! They do a great job and we are very happy to be working with them.

I’m the owner of Freeze Drying Supplies, a retail company that sells accessories for freeze-drying machines.

We needed help with our brand's market exposure through ads and marketing emails.

Topo Growth runs ads for us on Google, Facebook, and Reddit. The team also helps with website design and maintenance, upgrades our listings, develops weekly emails, and sets up email campaigns for old and new customers. Moreover, Topo Growth helps us process ideas and come up with new innovative ideas to build our brand.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Topo Growth.

Someone referred Topo Growth to me. I chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We started working with Topo Growth in December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

Topo Growth's work has led to increased sales. Since we never ran ads before, the ad traffic was new and very strong.
