We are making an online deep-dive leadership course for an international construction company based in Mexico, and we need to translate the content of each module into Croatian, Czech, French, Hebrew, German, Polish and Spanish. We hired Tomedes Ltd to translate the first 6 languages.

How did you select Tomedes Ltd and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a translation company that could translate and manage Croatian, Czech, French, Hebrew, German, and Polish, had fair prices and could deliver in short-time notice. Tomedes Ltd was the best option.

They're translating text, video subtitles, and images. They usually zip and share the files through e-mail, but they also use Google Drive, Zoho and Dropbox for larger files.

Their customer service and will to work to solve our challenge the best possible way was detected from the very first call.

How would you describe/assess the quality of their work?

The quality of the work was amazing. All documents were very well translated and edited as expected on time. The way they communicated with us throughout the project and during the process was extremely professional and above our expectations. Regardless of the challenges that they encounter, as there always are, they approached them in a friendly and willing to solve it manner. The quality of the work was extremely high, like nothing that I've seen before in this type of project.

What impressed you about their services?

What impressed us was not only their capabilities of getting the job done on time. But the willingness to work with us, help us and go beyond their responsibilities to help us with some technical difficulties. They are amazing to work with!
