Providing expertise and advice in planning and delivering event management and required services and platforms throughout the pre-event, event and post-event stages. 

The key deliverables and a seamless and professional conference experience, and to maximise attendee engagement and operational efficiency through the appropriate use of technology, equipment and skilled manpower.

The summit successfully convened hundreds of experts, academics, officials, and business leaders from around the world. Reinforced Hong Kong's role as an "oasis of stability, connectivity and opportunity" and served as a platform for dialogue at a time of rising geopolitical fragmentation.

The team more than met our expectations.  They were super efficient, highly responsive, professional.  And all the more, they showed passion and care for our project.

This company is a human centerd company and is able to understand our needs.  They have a genuine passion for their work which enables them to excel every time. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something TOLOSTUDIO could have done differently?

We ran into some problems with the RSVP every year.  While improvements have been made in the past 3 years that we engaged TOLOSTUDIO, we hope that the teething issues can be resolved permanently to enable a smooth RSVP guest response.
