• We meet with the TNT team every Monday and they come prepared with a slide deck of all of our KPIs and updates on projects/experiments. The report is then sent via Slack shortly after the meeting. They always deliver this on time.
• The TNT responds to one-off questions/concerns very quickly - most of the time in minutes, but at latest, in a few hours. The response time is incredible

The TNT team is extremely proactive. When our ad efficiency seems to be going in the wrong direction, they take immediate action like:

For each weekly meeting, they come prepared with a list of reccomendations for our ad accounts. It makes it super easy for us to say yes/no. They are also extremely receptive to feedback.

I believe there's room for TNT to grow expertise in some of the uncommon but growing ad platforms like:
