BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of a company called SynctacticAI. We’re a data science platform, and we're building data engineering and data science tools that will help organizations deliver from raw data.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with TNI Digital?

We engaged TNI Digital to establish our digital presence, so we searched for a good website development team who had good design experience and had an SEO background.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TNI Digital Solutions spearheaded our website development work. Our website was built from scratch, and they were also in charge of its UI/UX design. The team also helped us with integrating e-commerce features such as Shopify.

What is the team composition?

We only worked with Pradeep (Director).

How did you come to work with TNI Digital?

We met through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership ran from March–May 2020. The project took one and a half months to complete.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their UI/UX design skills were one of the major things we were looking at. In relation to that, they were able to create a nice and clean website. We worked with one of their co-founders, and he was a very technical and flexible guy.

How did TNI Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through Google Hangouts and telephone. We had a good relationship with them since we worked with their main founder. Overall, everything was seamless and well managed by him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a very quick turnaround. We were based in the US, and despite that, TNI Digital Solutions’ developer worked within our timezone though it was late in India. If ever we’d change our website again, we’d definitely go back to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if they could increase their team size. They need to hire more skilled developers so that they could efficiently divide their responsibilities.

Any advice for potential customers?

Pradeep is your go-to person for website development and e-commerce platforms. He's well versed with Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce integrations.
