Imagine a world where instead of being viewed as an annoyance, salespeople are viewed as a valuable resource to the customer. I provide sales and customer experience enablement services for organizations looking to optimize their revenue-generating, customer-facing functions. My mission is to give you a plan to close more business faster, while creating a memorable customer experience that builds customers for life. I even wrote the book on it: "Enabler? I Hardly Know Her! How to Make the Sales Experience Not Suck".

I've been in Sales and Marketing for most of my career, and with my background in Mechanical Engineering I combine creativity with executive leadership, organization, drive and determination. I’ve seen how successful enablement can transform a sales organization, and how a lack of enablement can destroy one. If you were to sum me up in one word it would be PASSIONATE: everything I do is fuelled by a drive to succeed... and a maniacal love of cats.

One of the things that I am quite passionate about is storytelling. And so, I have published my very first children’s book! I wanted to create a story of adventure and imagination, using my love of science and engineering to invent a character that was just a little bit odd but whose heart was in the right place. And so, It Came from the SCIENCE LAB!!! was born! All profits from this book will go to STEM charities, so grab a copy and enjoy!
