TJHelpers - Top Job Helpers - is a Ukrainian IT company with offices in Kyiv and Odesa that connects young and experienced IT professionals and helps to unlock unique talents in the field of information technology.

We started our journey as an online course where experts passed on their knowledge to young professionals. After the successful employment of our graduates, we expanded our services to include the Helpers as a Service support model. Since August 2021, we have successfully provided this service to more than 30 clients, which has allowed us to gain significant experience, learn valuable lessons from projects in various domains, and build effective Planning, Analysis, Development, Testing, and Delivery processes.
