A previous marketing company built a website but since they screwed me over in their contract and I can no longer do business with them I had to find somebody else who could help me take that website and launch it TJ help me take the existing website and get it fully launched along with Hana.

My website is launched and fully functioning online

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided honest service and communicated straightforwardly. They get back to you you don't have to hunt them down No crazy contracts that you have to sign and be worried about Straightforward business from good people seems hard to find these days but you can find it here. Hana and TJ have been a breath of freash air after my experience with the last 3 "Marketing" companies I have unfortunately had to experience before reaching out to TJ.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TJ Digital could have done differently?

Starting clients out from the beginning in a clean messaging area for clear communication and feedback might be helpful. Instead of having multiple different email threads open and so on having one central location for the client to see all previous communications as well as upload screenshots and links and so on could be helpful but Hana has been amazing so I'm giving some constructive feedback that might actually help Thank YOu!
