How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Marcus from Titan Digital Marketing sent many emails after I entered into the funnel following their own online promotion. He promised me he could "really help" and told me he could "definitely improve [my] lead generation and advertising response rates".

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

He obtained access to my Google Adwords account and started spending furiously. After two weeks of no response. He asked for another two-week extension. After another few weeks of no response. He asked for another extension. After that, I discovered an unexpected bill from Google Adwords for over $6000 on Google AdWords. I emailed Marcus to suspend my account immediately. Puts a stops to all his wild spending.

I dealt solely with Marcus.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In response to some spam they just sent, I replied with the following email... They wasted over $6,000 on Google AdWords and didn’t generate one lead, let alone a sale! Please remove me from all databases.

I believe they are great at selling themselves but incompetent at delivering results.
