I am the Creative Director of DBS Hair, a wig company specialised in production of braided wigs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Timest Web, and what were your goals?

For an e commerce upgrade to a modern design structure. Our goal was to have a change in background of the website, also adding Special features like Additional Payment Option, Sales pop up notification, automated email cart abandon, customer reviews notification, Functional Currency converter based on customer location.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose him through a friend who referred me, as my experience with previous Web developers made me factor in timing and excellent service of which Timest Web company was outstanding.

They redesigned my website, assited with domain name transfer and help in hosting migration. They deliver in time and meet my expectation. The technologies used was Wordpress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I got more viewers on the website, I also had a track record of visitors and was able to attend to clients enquiries while they were on the website as a customer care rep.

Communication tools were via email and WhatsApp. They were timely and met every deadlines they gave.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail and customer service were amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at all, no regrets using this company as they always met up to my concerns as regards updates on the website. They were so swift and gave feedback on progress of work going on at the backend
