Timerise designs and builds booking systems, and that is all we build. Clinics, public offices, event organisers, fitness studios, rental companies and coworking spaces come to us when a booking tool off the shelf no longer fits how they work. We build the system around their rules, and at the end they own it: the source code, the data and the documentation. They pay for the project once, with no licence and no fee per booking.
Our booking experience comes from production. From 2021 we ran our own booking engine for clients such as the Consulate General of Ukraine, where more than 50,000 visits were booked. We learned where booking systems break: availability and time zones, calendar sync, deposits and refunds, reminders, kiosks and screens on site, invoices, CRM and ERP links. Each of those is now a tested module, published as an open Agent Skill, and every new system is built from them on the client's own stack.
A project starts with a short brief. Within 48 hours you get a clickable prototype and a fixed quote, before you sign. The build takes 2 to 3 weeks, and most systems are live 6 to 8 weeks after kickoff. A typical project costs $15,000 to $50,000, including data migration from your current tool, deployment to your cloud or ours, and three years of support.
The two founders lead every project: Piotr Kozak on product and UX, Mateusz Sowa on backend and infrastructure. You talk to the engineers who write your code.

Our Story
Timerise started in 2021 as our own booking platform, and we ran it in production until 2025: consular visits, brand events, therapy sessions, festival registration. Running it showed us where booking systems break and what a rented system can't give a business: its own code. Since 2026 we build booking systems that clients own. Each part we used to run is now an open Agent Skill, and every new system is built from them on the client's stack.
