• TIME2LAUNCH to build an internal web app that brings project tracking, resource planning, and analytics into one place. We wanted to stop using lots of spreadsheets and manual reports, automate our everyday processes, and give the team clear dashboards in real time. A key part of the project was AI automation - using AI to handle routine tasks and streamline our workflows.

TIME2LAUNCH handled the project end-to-end from early planning to build, launch, andimprovements. They helped us shape the requirements, set priorities, and turn everything into a clear roadmap. They built a secure internal web app with role-based access, project tracking, resource planning, and reporting. We also got dashboards that show delivery status and key metricsin real time. The main focus was AI/process automation. They automated routine ops work likesorting internal requests, generating short weekly report summaries, and sending alerts when thedata shows risks (overload, delays, etc.). This cut down manual work and made our updates moreconsistent. Key deliverables: MVP, dashboards and reports, integrations, AI-powered automations, QA/release support, and solid documentation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is still ongoing, but we’ve already seen strong results. After the MVP launch, we cut the time spent on weekly ops reporting by about 35- 40% and got much bettervisibility into workload and delivery status across teams. Now CEO uses real-timedashboards instead of manual updates. The AI automation was especially valuable. Itreduced routine admin work (status updates, request triage, and report prep), made our datamore consistent. Adoption inside the company has been high, and the platform is becomingour main source of truth for planning and tracking performance.

Project management was a real strength. They kept a steady rhythm with weekly check-ins, clear sprint planning, and transparent tracking in shared tools. For what projects/services did your company hire Time2Mobile, and what were your goals?

I ordered the development of a unique mobile application for mastering the English language using the only scientifically based methodology.

How did you select Time2Mobile and what were the deciding factors?

I chose the developer after correspondence and a personal meeting, based on their understanding of the options for implementing my project, which largely coincided with my data.

Technology used: Google Flutter and Google Firebase. Project was done from scratch. At the end completed apps for iOS and Android were delivered and published. Project steps were the following: prototyping, design, development, testing, publication of app in App Store and Play Market.

It is important to note that I was in constant contact with the CEO. This eliminated the possibility of ambiguous interpretations and misunderstandings when you are in contact with many on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Financially, the project is at launch level. The quality of the application meets the necessary parameters for effective use.

The team's timely execution of all stages of work was impressive. No problems in contacts by phone or messenger, a normal sustained business style of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me, the most important thing is the decency of my partner. During the whole time of work, I did not have a single doubt.

We are now agreeing to create a global application that will use more subtle technologies.
