We are one of Birmingham’s oldest and most respected accounting firms. It all started in 1963 with two CPA’s, one secretary, one phone, and one client. In those days, CPA’s were prohibited from soliciting, meaning that new business was earned when that first client, pleased with the excellence of our work, decided to tell someone else about us. A lot has changed since 1963. The size of our staff is larger. The rules governing CPA’s have been revised.
