All the services we receive are on web-based software. Services such as custom design, custom software, web applications integrated with the ERP software we use in our business, web-based order taking and payment systems were purchased for us.

There is a customer representative specially assigned to us. In all project meetings, 2 people from the software team and 1 person from the management team participated.

First, they introduced themselves as a business development agency. And they really are that way. Secondly, their compliance with the project schedule. They acted in accordance with all their promises and time. Even during the pandemic process, their services were not interrupted even when their staff was Covid.

There are currently no shortcomings that I can say.
