In order to provide our level best services we definitely need better talent in our company so we have a collaboration with TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. to outsource our recruitment need and we have hired quality talent with reference of TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd.
What were your goals for this engagement?
The goals are very critical and necessary for us that we had some projects on stand by and to fulfill that projects we were hired resources from TIGI HR so we are thankful for TIGI HR to work on our requirements on priority basis and and complete the hiring task in min TAT.
How did you select this vendor?
We found TIGI HR from one our client's reference and reference are always worthy for us. Then we approach them and ask about the services, initially we think that then charges are too high. But letter by experience the services we can say that it's ROI based best deal we have with TIGI HR for recruitment our sourcing.
Describe the engagement in detail.
Once we had a telephonic conversation with one of the business development executive of TIGI HR he explained us all the things in well manner and then he sent us recruitment proposal mail from where we have gone through with them clients, service and corporate portfolio.
Then we go ahead with them LinkedIn and other social media profile and it was quite impressive then we said let's proceed at that time they shared them staffing/recruitment agreement with us. Then we have collaborate in legal manner to proceed further for win-win situations.
What was the team composition?
Our HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist was in direct connection with team TIGI HR. But as I know they have appointed Key Account Manager for our requirements. Who was the single point of contact for our requirements so that make process too easy.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Yes we love to share that we have completed our recruitment task within 1 year with lot's of different positions. There are some of very critical position also we had closed during this time duration. There were sent use more then 7 profiles for each open positions and we appreciate the efforts of TIGI HR.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The work flow was magnetic and yield oriented from the both the side because we ultimately associate for the business prospective only not for the entertainment. So we have completed our work with min. TAT and with high relevancy.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
The transparency in the process we liked from TIGI HR. There we no wrong commitment from their side.
At one time the position was not easy to fulfill and they have work hard for the same but still they haven't got the profile for the same but at that time also they have created report for the same and they have submitted it to us that if you can stretch in this points we would be able to find better positions quickly.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Yes they might can improve by taking machine interviews. As of now they are just doing psycho-graphics and demo-graphics assessments along with some technical assessments but they can level-up them self by using machine interview process.
