How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a number of B2B agencies and felt very comfortable with Tiga and their open approach to their work.

After deciding to work with Tiga we worked closely together to ensure we covered off the highly detailed client brief.

There were between 5 and 7 people working on the vendors team and that included the main board and clients own marketing team and consultants

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Tiga delivered everything the client and BBG requested, on time and on the budget, which made a refreshing change from many other agencies we have previously used.

Tiga had a relaxed but highly professional approach to the project. They communicated weekly on the project and any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was unusual to find an agency that was both creative and well organized, but we found this team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly I can't think of any and we have worked with them since on a number of other projects.
