Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO and Founder of Pledge A Smile Foundation. We work for the benefit of the underprivileged population in India.

For what projects/services did your company hire Thynk Web, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a platform where a person can have a positive impact without needing to donate. Hence, we hired Thynk Web to develop the GoodTab extension.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After setting up a meeting with multiple vendors, we hired this vendor due to ease of access and professionalism. The team was quick in response to our questions and was very helpful as well a good consultation was given.

We started with discussions about the key steps of the project. The project was divided into 4 sprints and was completed on time. Key Deliverables: Development of Extension features, Databases. Technologies used: ReactJS, MongoDB, AWS.

Three people worked with us on the project and Thynk Web CEO closely managed the project himself.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We project that the impact of the custom software will help at least 40,000 people in the next year (2023).

The team was extremely professional and the project was delivered as expected on time. The team was also helpful in last-minute changes.

Their style of managing the project and communicating was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Even though all the deliverables were delivered on time, they could expand their team so they could deliver the projects little faster.
