The measurable outcomes from our recent projects within my software engineering team clearly demonstrate success. One of the most impactful achievements was the addition of insurance coverage options for Stuf members. This new feature not only improved customer satisfaction by offering insurance coverage, but also directly contributed to a boost in company revenue.

The team also made key contributions to workflow automation by integrating HubSpot into our platform. This integration streamlined member communications, reducing manual labor and enabling more efficient interactions. The automated workflows improved the overall customer experience, leading to faster response times and a more consistent communication process with our members.

Another notable success was the addition of a cart checkout view to our website's booking flow, which has greatly enhanced the user experience. This feature simplified the booking process for customers, increasing ease of use and better insight into the member's payment schedule.

Additionally, the team optimized the Docusign automation processes to reduce unnecessary executions which led to cost savings for the company.

Lastly, the team created comprehensive BI reports using SQL and Metabase, which provide our leadership team with clear insights into company performance. This data-driven approach has been invaluable for making informed decisions and steering the company toward growth.

The Threde team was able to meet three deliverables scoped that allowed us to enhance the data we store, automations with that data, and customer functionality. This work spanned backend, frontend, and internal applications.

The work was delivered to scope and included even more detail and considerations that had not originally been in the scope. The engineer was responsive and held himself accountable in a very autonomous work environment.

As an early-stage startup, we often need to make several hard decisions on scope and how to MVP an experiment. It would have been great to have this type of creative problem solving proactively from the Threde team to understand how to deliver on the need in even leaner ways.
