The software has helped us with complex tax compliance, workflow automation, and data flow. It also eliminates manual double-entry and multi-activity handling.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thomson Reuters’ software has helped us increase our outputs and team productivity. It integrates natively with the CS Professional Suite (e.g., Accounting CS, Practice CS, Planner CS) and other financial software, keeping all client data centralized and reducing time spent searching for files. We’ve saved around two hours per day thanks to this feature.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Thomson Reuters’ updated features and AI tools are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve tried their hosting, Virtual Office CS, and it’s been laggy. We’ve faced multiple downtimes, so that’s the only field where they can enhance further.
