Thirdphase Labs was entrusted with the task of creating a web application for our web3 community. This project entailed building a secure, token-gated area within the application exclusively for community members who possessed a specific NFT. 

Within this token-gated space, community members were granted exclusive access to download relevant assets that were intricately linked to their tokenized privileges. This feature ensured that users could obtain personalized content tailored to their specific NFT ownership, enhancing their overall experience within the community. 

To bring this to life, the team used a selection of web technologies, including React, Next.js, and ethers.js. By leveraging the capabilities of these frameworks, we crafted a seamless and immersive user interface that perfectly complemented the community's web3 ecosystem. In addition, we successfully deployed the application using Netlify, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability for the community members. Key Deliverables: 

1. Web Application Development: A captivating and feature-rich web application designed exclusively for the web3 community, showcasing their unique attributes and facilitating seamless interactions. 
2. Token-Gated Area: Implementation of a highly secure and access-controlled section within the application, ensuring that only community members with the specific NFT could enter and explore its exclusive benefits. 
3. Personalized Asset Downloads: Integration of a sophisticated system that enabled community members to conveniently download relevant assets based on their tokenized privileges, enhancing their engagement and satisfaction. 
4. Cutting-Edge Web Technologies: Utilization of React, Next.js, and ethers.js to create a robust and innovative foundation for the application, empowering the community with a modern and technologically advanced platform. 
5. Netlify Deployment: Successful deployment of the web application on Netlify, ensuring its seamless accessibility, superior performance, and reliable availability for the web3 community.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We released the first version of the project within 4 weeks and our community members got access straight away. We then iterated from there until the final version. Users were able to view their NFTs in the 3D viewer and converting the app to TypeScript also increased quality.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We created a shared channel in Slack for direct communication and the team updated us with all progress on the development side. They notified us when they needed some further context and we were able to hop on a call to talk things through. Once complete and ready to release, the team would let us know in Slack and we gave them the green light to go live.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thirdphase brought real world development experience in the web3 space to the table. I've struck out with developers in the past, which is a huge dice roll in my industry/space. Reece was able to answer my questions competently and lay out a clear plan of execution. Once work began, I could see progress within a very short space of time. 

When opportunities presented themselves to improve, Reece presented smart solutions. This was the hallmark of a great development partner as they were building quality into their processes versus dealing with bugs later. Excellent attitude and personality, which makes working together a pleasant experience.
