I’m the owner of BKHosting, a web hosting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Third Wave Network?

I wanted to offer cloud services with a big infrastructure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team at Third Wave Network did design and development for both of our websites. One website needed a redesign, so I gave them an example of how I wanted it to look. They provided wireframes and sketches.

They’ve implemented an online shopping cart and payment system that’s integrated with PayPal and credit cards. Their team has also added a client area where they can see all of the services they ordered, along with a customer support section.

We had one primary contact.

We knew each other for about a year before working together. They may have been a recommendation from a friend.
