The main metric I value is user friendliness for the patients and clients I work with. Being able to communicate quickly, effectively, and professionally in my space is key to getting and keeping business. They helped me do this!

Absolutely, I always felt like I was a priority to the staff. Especially when I had IT problems that come up for any business as you begin scaling, they were very prompt to fix all IT concerns. Even if it was weekends or after hours, they understood time is money and keeping my online presence functioning properly is critical!

No not with their work, I think they were always ready for the next step. The issues in accomplishing that next step were more my own strategy slowing things down then the work they did.
