Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Thinksys has overseen a range of project scopes over the years. They were responsible for the development of new features, QA, and infrastructure management. We hired them to create React front ends for chat and social media creation, along with a number of other features like YouTube co-watching. They tested mobile apps for the most part of their QA work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was unique since it called for a lot of media and excellent performance. Thinksys had to generate high-quality code fast and at startup speeds. They performed admirably! 

The measure of our success was shipping. The speed at which we conducted experiments was the only significant metric because we were a small startup that was expanding quickly. Thinksys quickly resolved tickets and bugs.

One of our Thinksys employees, for example, won our team-wide bug fixathon by fixing over 100 issues in a single week. We estimated that day-one retention rose by about 2% to 3% following the fixathon, which was noteworthy.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Thinksys was mostly hands-off and let us do what we needed to do. Their employees looked like our employees. When we needed them, they were very responsive and helpful. Our primary channels of communication were a Discord group chat and daily live video.
