What specific goals or objectives did you hire ThinkSys to accomplish?

• Although we weren't particularly tech-savvy, we wanted to make something and didn't know where to begin. I envisioned a news app that was user-friendly and useful for our audience, with an emphasis on local U.S. news in English. JPLoft stepped in to help us with strategy, design, programming, and functionality.

After we got going, they put me in charge of a project manager who treated me more like a partner than a service provider.  I would submit concepts, and a day later, they would present me with a functional wireframe. It was amazing to watch my vision come to life so rapidly!  They ensured that the app's design was clear, logical, and well-organized for news categories.  It was created with a database that dynamically adjusts to our content requirements for both iOS and Android.  They even assisted us in handling all of the backend tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app resonated deeply with our local users!  Currently, there are about 1,200 active users, and everyone's reaction has been favorable.  Oddly, both Android and iOS are performing quite well, yet iOS appears to be more widely used.

There were absolutely no glitches in their process.  They kept everything on schedule and are incredibly organized.  They took care of any questions or adjustments I might have had immediately soon.  I believed they would take care of the rest while I concentrated on the concept.

They have amazing forward-thinking skills.  In addition to creating what I requested, they offered guidance on data organization, user experience, and even how to increase the app's visibility in app stores.  ThinkSys seemed to care just as much about the app's success as we did.

collaborated with this team on a very complicated, high-volume Azure cloud field service project. They helped us update the project using best practices for cloud native, devops, and security protocols. Their execution was superb.

Our SaaS platform's frontend and backend are being designed by Thinksys. AWS is being used by the team for various use cases and our growth. Additionally, Thinksys is generating ideas for future features and functionalities. We will grow from our MVP platform, which we are now developing.

First, we developed the wireframes and workflows and conducted the UX research. In order to make changes and determine whether what we were building was feasible, we communicated back and forth with Thinksys. The development is currently being worked on by the team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thinksys produces work of the highest caliber. The team has provided us with excellent templates and a style guide. Our color schemes, typefaces, and logos have all been used by Thinksys. The team is simultaneously developing mobile as well as desktop and tablet functionality.

Thinksy's communication and timeline are excellent. When modifications or alterations are required, the group is adaptable. We collaborate closely and get along well with the project manager. Because there are never any problems, we look forward to our calls and meetings. We always consider both sides and search for answers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The connectivity of Thinksys is remarkable. The group is adaptable and fulfills their commitments. The team brings in people who truly know what they're talking about, and they communicate effectively. Every member of their team feels like an authority on the subject.

Thinksys has excellent documentation and is reliable. There is no loss for whoever needs to ramp up. The team communicates very well and is performing well in their field.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ThinkSys could have done differently?

There aren't any, sorry. It has all been fairly stable. As a client, you must be receptive to Thinksys' recommendations.

Thinksys has overseen a range of project scopes over the years. They were responsible for the development of new features, QA, and infrastructure management. We hired them to create React front ends for chat and social media creation, along with a number of other features like YouTube co-watching. They tested mobile apps for the most part of their QA work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was unique since it called for a lot of media and excellent performance. Thinksys had to generate high-quality code fast and at startup speeds. They performed admirably! 

The measure of our success was shipping. The speed at which we conducted experiments was the only significant metric because we were a small startup that was expanding quickly. Thinksys quickly resolved tickets and bugs.

One of our Thinksys employees, for example, won our team-wide bug fixathon by fixing over 100 issues in a single week. We estimated that day-one retention rose by about 2% to 3% following the fixathon, which was noteworthy.

Thinksys was mostly hands-off and let us do what we needed to do. Their employees looked like our employees. When we needed them, they were very responsive and helpful. Our primary channels of communication were a Discord group chat and daily live video.
