Thinksys had participated in full designing and development of a hybrid mobile application. It has also been used quite liberally by customers thanks to its easy nature and our customer care services have reported a massive reduction in human requests as a consequence of the self-service functionality as well as live updates. The application made the level of customer interaction and processing time of the service request much shorter

There were more bugs in production which we wanted to reduce, without making a trade off in terms of speed of delivery. We contracted Thinksys to do our end to end tests. They addressed all of our critical functionality in the first 3 months of the project and added additional tests as we shifted our focus to other aspects of product functionality.

Less functionality related problems in production since the application of Thinksys. Reduction in 40 percent of pre-release manual testing effort.

Thinksys test workflows cannot be made to run in parallel, and can tend to cancel each other in the absence of monorepos. Different tests might be time-consuming in case they alternate between mobile applications and web applications.

In order to generate a report on our users' information and their impressions of our website, the work required a thorough investigation of our clientele.  Report: Our site's customer base, issues, and expectations.  Create a new navigation system that will guide customers to high-value locations and give them simple access to our goods and services.  Wireframes, low- and high-fidelity designs were among the deliverables.

Provide a new navigation system that would lead customers to high-value locations and give them easy access to our goods and services.  Wireframes are one of their deliverables; they never miss a deadline, are very flexible in responding to criticism and changing the scope, and are willing to participate and work together in any talks.

The project management at Thinksys is excellent.  The distinctive feature of Keyss Inc. is that, although their approach is productive, they are willing to modify it to meet the needs of their clients without sacrificing the outcome when something is ineffective. They were good listeners who always gave us feedback and, when needed, made quick, useful adjustments. The spouses seemed to be heading in the same way!

The application increased the level of customers engagement and shortened the processing time of the service request to a great extent. Customers have also used it quite freely due to its simplicity and our customer care services have registered a significant drop in the human requests as a result of self-service capabilities as well as live updates.

The bulk of our manual and regression QA validation has been outsourced to Thinksys. For a very large app, the team has completed more than 400 coverage tests, concentrating on every feature and serving as ongoing user testing.

Thinksys' help with system updates is really beneficial to us. We use the internal portals they created for our dealer and customer bases to enhance the two solutions they created for us as we grow.
Regarding the process, we start with a discussion to talk about our objectives, whether they are to find a solution or enhance an already-existing one. We communicate with them back and forth on the setup of things, and we rely on their advice and knowledge as well as what they have seen and think is the best course of action. After that, they organize a kickoff meeting to start the task and provide us a great statement of work.

Our partnership has strengthened over time, and the dealer site they created was first-rate. We've also heard that the platform is quite easy to use, which has contributed to the success and positive response of our dealer base.

We are generally happy with how simple it is for our clients to browse, access, and pay bills. Our portal's user base is growing, client self-service is increasing, and our business is expanding overall.

After we got going, they put me in charge of a project manager who treated me more like a partner than a service provider.  I would submit concepts, and a day later, they would present me with a functional wireframe. It was amazing to watch my vision come to life so rapidly!  They ensured that the app's design was clear, logical, and well-organized for news categories.  It was created with a database that dynamically adjusts to our content requirements for both iOS and Android.  They even assisted us in handling all of the backend tasks.

The app resonated deeply with our local users!  Currently, there are about 1,200 active users, and everyone's reaction has been favorable.  Oddly, both Android and iOS are performing quite well, yet iOS appears to be more widely used.

Thinksys has overseen a range of project scopes over the years. They were responsible for the development of new features, QA, and infrastructure management. We hired them to create React front ends for chat and social media creation, along with a number of other features like YouTube co-watching. They tested mobile apps for the most part of their QA work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was unique since it called for a lot of media and excellent performance. Thinksys had to generate high-quality code fast and at startup speeds. They performed admirably! 

The measure of our success was shipping. The speed at which we conducted experiments was the only significant metric because we were a small startup that was expanding quickly. Thinksys quickly resolved tickets and bugs.

One of our Thinksys employees, for example, won our team-wide bug fixathon by fixing over 100 issues in a single week. We estimated that day-one retention rose by about 2% to 3% following the fixathon, which was noteworthy.

Thinksys was mostly hands-off and let us do what we needed to do. Their employees looked like our employees. When we needed them, they were very responsive and helpful. Our primary channels of communication were a Discord group chat and daily live video.
