I'm the president and owner of an electronics and tech company.

We needed help with media and content creation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've worked with ThinkRaven on commercial video creation whenever we launch a new product. They do videos for advertising, social media, marketing campaigns, etc. They have a high-quality video production team in charge of every process step from creative ideas, storyboards, scripts, and shooting.

I work directly with McAndy (CEO) and five other members of their team.

They were referred to me by friends who had worked with them and were very happy with the results, so I decided to contact them.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent $5,000–$10,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We uploaded the videos to youtube, and they've had over 10,000 views, which are great results. We've also sent the videos to our buyers, who have shown great interest and helped with conversions.

How did ThinkRaven perform from a project management standpoint?

They're usually pretty quick; other companies take months on editing processes, but they work fast and offer an expedited process without charging any extras. They also take care of every detail we ask for.

Regarding tools, we use email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their videos is very high, and their pricing is also great. Another thing we like is that they let us get involved in the process; after sending us the storyboard, other companies get on with the project and whatever we get. ThinkRaven keeps us in the loop for every step and gives feedback, ensuring we're completely satisfied with the results. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Ask for whatever you need, and they will be more than happy to help you. The better the communication, the better product you'll have
