Our Story

We connect people and brands. Thinking Social opened in Mexico City on June 16, 2014, and has worked with more than 200 clients since. Our team of over 20 people plans every campaign from how audiences actually behave online, and reports back in numbers a business can act on: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend. Strategy, media, social, branding, web design and growth live under one roof, so the plan that earns attention is the same one that has to prove it.

We have been running campaigns from Mexico City since June 2014, and more than 200 clients have worked with us since. That history is why a brief rarely surprises us: we already know how the category behaves and what a realistic media budget buys.

One team, from strategy to media

Market research, media buying, community management, branding, web design and growth marketing sit in the same team of more than 20 people. Nothing is handed off halfway through, so the plan that was approved is the plan that runs.

We work on how people search today. Technical SEO, structured data, editorial content and local search run together, so a brand is found on Google and also read, understood and cited when someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation.

We answer in one business day at most, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm Mexico City time, through the contact form on our site, email or WhatsApp. Reporting is monthly by default, or on the cadence each account needs, and it always answers the same three questions: what was invested, what it produced and what it cost. That means cost per lead, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend, with the platform data open so any figure can be checked at the source.

The ad investment is yours and it is paid to the platform from your own account, or from an account in your name that we operate. Our fee covers strategy, production and campaign management, and it is quoted separately from the media budget, so you always know how much went to media and how much to the agency. Prices are quoted before tax.

Yes. The starting point is not the size of the brand but how clear the objective is. The usual way to begin is with whatever gains traction fastest, and to widen the scope once the numbers justify it, instead of contracting everything up front. We plan from your objective and your budget, and the proposal states what is included, what gets delivered and on what timeline.
