The structured product catalog and category pages made it easier for customers to find products, reducing product discovery time. Before the website redesign, users often had to navigate through multiple pages to find a specific product category. After ThinkDebug implemented a structured product catalog and category hierarchy, we observed a roughly 40% reduction in the average number of clicks required to reach a product page.Moreover, the website also made it easier for our team to manage product information and update content, reducing the time required for routine website maintenance. Prior to the redesign, our team typically spent around 8–10 hours per month coordinating website updates, product additions, and content changes, often requiring technical support. After ThinkDebug implemented the new website and content management system, that effort dropped to approximately 3–4 hours per month.
