Introduce your business and what you do there?

I’m the founding manager of Diamatix. We provide cybersecurity services in Bulgaria and are looking to expand into North America and other regions.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThingsLog?

We were looking to partner with an IoT vendor for client projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThingsLog has delivered multiple IoT solutions to help us accomplish various client projects and protect our cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, their team helps us back up the processed data in a secured storage solution.

The most recent project we've collaborated on has involved monitoring the water and gas consumption of one of our major clients. It involves a lot of design, documentation, and implementation work. After collating the data, they've come up with an IoT device controlled by a mobile app. The app sends alerts and notifications whenever there are leaks or other unusual occurences. We've conducted various app testings before submitting that product for our client's approval.

What is the team composition?

We work with five resources from ThingsLog, including the founder, project manager, scientists, and a professor.

How did you come to work with ThingsLog?

We met their team several years ago during a convention. We had a good impression of their team, so we reached out to them when we needed a partner in accomplishing this project.

How much have you invested with them?
 
We've spent about $50,000–$60,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and our collaboration with ThingsLog is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

ThingsLog consistently offers innovative solutions, which our clients find beneficial and cost-efficient. The newest solution they've developed has reduced consumption leaks by 35%.

Their team is always prepared to address our concerns or any urgent modification requests. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with every aspect of the engagement.

How did ThingsLog perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email and conduct weekly Zoom meetings. ThingsLog has an amazing project manager who stays on top of things and is always available. More importantly, their team delivers our needs when we need them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ThingsLog is an experienced team that continues to make a name for themselves here in Bulgaria — we're truly pleased to be working with them. Our product is particularly challenging to do as it requires a huge team and large investments, but they've managed to accomplish it within our requirements and resources.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They may consider offering marketing services to boost their opportunities — that's my only advice because they're really impressive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hiring ThingsLog is a wise decision to make — they think outside the box, and that's an advantage in this market.
