The project was managed mainly by one of the designers, who was responsible for the timeline, Figma, calls, etc. Everything was delivered on time and according to the established timeline As this was quite a short project, we met weekly to discuss our feedback on the online call sessions, and the rest of the communication happened in Figma or over email.

The project team was very efficient and easy to work with. They were passionate about the work and put their best foot forward, which was evident in the overall quality of the work delivered. I was impressed with how much they cared about our organization's vision/mission and even used their initiative to provide additional suggestions, which improved the overall technical requirements. Feedback so far from internal reviewers has been overwhelmingly positive.

While our experience with TH-EY was overwhelmingly positive, there aren't any significant areas for improvement that readily come to mind. Their focus on client satisfaction and open communication ensured that any minor issues were addressed promptly and professionally.

When we came to TH-EY, we had an idea of what the application should do and initial wireframes. The TH-EY team has quickly iterated through the build items releasing the app regularly to gather feedback. As a result of our feedback, some application features were changed or modified resulting in an app closer to our initial vision. The technologies used: Java with Spring framework, React Native, MySQL database Everything deployed to AWS cloud

We’ve been communicating mostly with their mobile team lead and occasionally with their CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

-They completed the initial phase of the project before dates expected - The app. has a review feature on it and we needed to ensure we could authorise reviews before they went live, to ensure the content sat within our guidelines. This was completed quickly and for a low cost and has helped with our conversation with our hospitality clients.

We’ve been communicating mostly with mobile team lead for project management. Most of the communication was through the Slack channel, and emails.

We had direct access to multiple team members, and they were always transparent about timelines and costs. Sometimes advising us against spending our money on particular projects - which we really appreciated

As much as we appreciated the advice given, it could sometimes be delivered in a slightly abrupt manner. Particularly when disagreeing about an implementation idea. Not that big a deal tho
